Cllr Fran Oborski campaigning for the establishment of a permanent right of way across field off Birmingham Road, Kidderminster, where the public had been allowed to walk freely for nearly 40 years until the absentee landlords recently “razor wired” the access off.
Cllr Graham Ballinger campaigning for the 30mph limit on Stourbridge Road, Kidderminster, to be moved out to the town boundary so that children and families walking to the popular local Broadwaters Park and to local schools are walking safely.
